Aplikacja „Speed App" została stworzona przez MediaGFX z myślą o Twojej prywatności. Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności wyjaśnia, w jaki sposób aplikacja obchodzi się z Twoimi danymi.
Jakie dane zbiera aplikacja?
Aplikacja nie zbiera żadnych danych osobowych i nie śledzi użytkowników. Nie ma konta ani logowania. Nie mamy serwera, na który cokolwiek mogłoby trafić.
Wszystko, co tworzysz w aplikacji (przejażdżki, ślady tras, podsumowania), jest przechowywane wyłącznie lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu.
Lokalizacja i nagrywanie tras
Aplikacja prosi o dostęp do lokalizacji podczas używania, ponieważ bez niego nie ma jak pokazać prędkości ani zapisać trasy.
- Położenie i prędkość są używane wyłącznie na urządzeniu — do wskazania prędkości na ekranie oraz do zapisania śladu przejażdżki.
- Ślad zapisywany jest jako plik GPX w prywatnym katalogu aplikacji, razem z podsumowaniem (czas, dystans, prędkość maksymalna).
- Podczas aktywnego nagrywania lokalizacja działa także w tle, żeby ślad nie urwał się po zablokowaniu ekranu. Poza nagrywaniem tryb tła jest wyłączony.
- Twoje położenie nigdy nie jest do nas wysyłane.
Czy udostępniamy Twoje dane?
Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych i nie udostępniamy ich podmiotom trzecim. Nie korzystamy z narzędzi analitycznych, reklam ani usług śledzenia. Aplikacja nie zawiera żadnych zewnętrznych bibliotek reklamowych ani analitycznych.
Jedyną sytuacją, w której plik z trasą opuszcza urządzenie, jest Twoje własne udostępnienie: w szczegółach trasy znajduje się przycisk udostępniania, a plik GPX trafia tam, gdzie go skierujesz. O odbiorcy decydujesz wyłącznie Ty.
Usługi Apple
Aplikacja korzysta z następujących usług Apple:
- CoreLocation – do określania Twojej pozycji i prędkości GPS
- MapKit – do wyświetlenia mapy przebytej trasy
- ActivityKit – do pokazania czasu i dystansu na ekranie blokady podczas nagrywania
Aby narysować mapę, system Apple pobiera jej fragmenty z sieci. Podlega to Polityce Prywatności Apple; my nie mamy do tych danych dostępu.
Twoja kontrola nad danymi
Masz pełną kontrolę nad swoimi danymi. Możesz w każdej chwili:
- usunąć pojedynczą przejażdżkę gestem przesunięcia na liście tras — znika rekord razem z plikiem GPX,
- cofnąć zgodę na dostęp do lokalizacji w Ustawieniach systemu,
- odinstalować aplikację, co usuwa wszystkie dane, jakie stworzyła.
Nie musisz się z nami kontaktować w sprawie usunięcia danych, ponieważ niczego u siebie nie przechowujemy.
Dzieci
Aplikacja nie jest kierowana do dzieci i nie zbiera świadomie żadnych danych o nich — ani o kimkolwiek innym.
Zmiany
O ewentualnej zmianie niniejszej polityki poinformujemy, aktualizując tę stronę oraz datę wejścia w życie u góry.

The "Speed App" was created by MediaGFX with your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data.
What data does the app collect?
The app collects no personal data and does not track users. There is no account and no sign-in. We operate no server that anything could be sent to.
Everything you create in the app (rides, route tracks, summaries) is stored exclusively on your device.
Location and ride recording
The app asks for while-in-use location access, because without it there is no way to show your speed or record a route.
- Position and speed are used on your device only — to display speed and to record the ride track.
- The track is saved as a GPX file in the app's private folder, together with a summary (duration, distance, top speed).
- While a recording is active, location is also used in the background, so the track does not break when the screen locks. Outside recording, background mode is off.
- Your location is never sent to us.
Do we share your data?
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties. We use no analytics tools, no advertising, and no tracking services. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics libraries.
The only situation in which a route file leaves your device is your own sharing action: the ride detail screen has a share button, and the GPX file goes wherever you send it. You alone choose the recipient.
Apple Services
The app uses the following Apple services:
- CoreLocation – to determine your GPS position and speed
- MapKit – to display the map of your recorded route
- ActivityKit – to show time and distance on the lock screen while recording
To draw the map, Apple's system fetches map data over the network. This is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy; we have no access to that data.
Your control over data
You have full control over your data. You can at any time:
- delete an individual ride by swiping it in the routes list — the record and its GPX file go together,
- revoke location access in the system Settings,
- uninstall the app, which removes all data it created.
You do not need to contact us about data deletion, because we store nothing on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children and knowingly collects no data about them — or about anyone else.

Die App „Speed App" wurde von MediaGFX mit Blick auf deine Privatsphäre entwickelt. Diese Datenschutzerklärung erklärt, wie die App mit deinen Daten umgeht.
Welche Daten erfasst die App?
Die App erfasst keine personenbezogenen Daten und verfolgt keine Nutzer. Es gibt kein Konto und keine Anmeldung. Wir betreiben keinen Server, an den irgendetwas gesendet werden könnte.
Alles, was du in der App erstellst (Fahrten, Streckenaufzeichnungen, Zusammenfassungen), wird ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
Standort und Tourenaufzeichnung
Die App fragt nach dem Standortzugriff während der Nutzung, denn ohne ihn lässt sich weder die Geschwindigkeit anzeigen noch eine Strecke aufzeichnen.
- Position und Geschwindigkeit werden ausschließlich auf dem Gerät verwendet — zur Anzeige der Geschwindigkeit und zur Aufzeichnung der Fahrt.
- Die Aufzeichnung wird als GPX-Datei im privaten Ordner der App gespeichert, zusammen mit einer Zusammenfassung (Dauer, Distanz, Höchstgeschwindigkeit).
- Während einer laufenden Aufzeichnung wird der Standort auch im Hintergrund genutzt, damit die Aufzeichnung beim Sperren des Displays nicht abbricht. Außerhalb der Aufzeichnung ist der Hintergrundmodus ausgeschaltet.
- Dein Standort wird niemals an uns gesendet.
Geben wir deine Daten weiter?
Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter. Wir setzen keine Analysewerkzeuge, keine Werbung und keine Tracking-Dienste ein. Die App enthält keine fremden Werbe- oder Analysebibliotheken.
Die einzige Situation, in der eine Streckendatei dein Gerät verlässt, ist dein eigenes Teilen: In der Fahrtansicht gibt es eine Teilen-Schaltfläche, und die GPX-Datei geht dorthin, wohin du sie schickst. Über den Empfänger entscheidest allein du.
Apple-Dienste
Die App nutzt folgende Apple-Dienste:
- CoreLocation – zur Bestimmung deiner GPS-Position und Geschwindigkeit
- MapKit – zur Darstellung der Karte deiner aufgezeichneten Strecke
- ActivityKit – zur Anzeige von Zeit und Distanz auf dem Sperrbildschirm während der Aufzeichnung
Um die Karte zu zeichnen, lädt das System von Apple Kartendaten aus dem Netz. Dies unterliegt der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple; wir haben keinen Zugriff auf diese Daten.
Deine Kontrolle über die Daten
Du hast die volle Kontrolle über deine Daten. Du kannst jederzeit:
- eine einzelne Fahrt durch Wischen in der Tourenliste löschen — der Eintrag und seine GPX-Datei verschwinden gemeinsam,
- den Standortzugriff in den Systemeinstellungen widerrufen,
- die App deinstallieren, wodurch alle von ihr erstellten Daten entfernt werden.
Du musst dich wegen einer Datenlöschung nicht an uns wenden, denn auf unserer Seite speichern wir nichts.
Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erfasst wissentlich keine Daten über sie — und auch über niemanden sonst.
Änderungen
Sollte sich diese Erklärung ändern, aktualisieren wir diese Seite und das Datum oben.

- Posizione e velocità sono usate soltanto sul dispositivo — per mostrare la velocità sullo schermo e per registrare la traccia del viaggio.
- La traccia viene salvata come file GPX nella cartella privata dell'app, insieme a un riepilogo (durata, distanza, velocità massima).
- Durante una registrazione attiva la posizione è usata anche in background, così la traccia non si interrompe quando lo schermo si blocca. Al di fuori della registrazione la modalità in background è disattivata.
- La tua posizione non ci viene mai inviata.
Condividiamo i tuoi dati?
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li condividiamo con terze parti. Non usiamo strumenti di analisi, pubblicità o servizi di tracciamento. L'app non contiene librerie pubblicitarie o di analisi di terze parti.
L'unica situazione in cui un file di percorso lascia il tuo dispositivo è una tua azione di condivisione: nella schermata di dettaglio del percorso c'è un pulsante di condivisione e il file GPX va dove lo invii tu. Il destinatario lo scegli soltanto tu.
Servizi Apple
L'app utilizza i seguenti servizi Apple:
- CoreLocation – per determinare la tua posizione GPS e la velocità
- MapKit – per mostrare la mappa del percorso registrato
- ActivityKit – per mostrare tempo e distanza sulla schermata di blocco durante la registrazione

Il tuo controllo sui dati

Quelles données l'application collecte-t-elle ?
L'application ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle et ne suit pas les utilisateurs. Il n'y a ni compte ni connexion. Nous n'avons aucun serveur vers lequel quoi que ce soit pourrait être envoyé.
Tout ce que vous créez dans l'application (trajets, traces, résumés) est conservé uniquement sur votre appareil.
Localisation et enregistrement des trajets
L'application demande l'accès à la localisation lors de l'utilisation, car sans lui il n'y a aucun moyen d'afficher la vitesse ni d'enregistrer un trajet.
- La position et la vitesse sont utilisées uniquement sur l'appareil — pour afficher la vitesse à l'écran et pour enregistrer la trace du trajet.
- La trace est enregistrée sous forme de fichier GPX dans le dossier privé de l'application, accompagnée d'un résumé (durée, distance, vitesse maximale).
- Pendant un enregistrement actif, la localisation fonctionne également en arrière-plan, afin que la trace ne s'interrompe pas lorsque l'écran se verrouille. En dehors de l'enregistrement, le mode en arrière-plan est désactivé.
- Votre position ne nous est jamais transmise.
Partageons-nous vos données ?
Nous ne vendons pas vos données et ne les partageons avec aucun tiers. Nous n'utilisons ni outils d'analyse, ni publicité, ni services de pistage. L'application ne contient aucune bibliothèque publicitaire ou d'analyse tierce.
La seule situation où un fichier de trajet quitte votre appareil est votre propre partage : l'écran de détail d'un trajet comporte un bouton de partage, et le fichier GPX va là où vous l'envoyez. Vous seul choisissez le destinataire.
Services Apple
L'application utilise les services Apple suivants :
- CoreLocation – pour déterminer votre position GPS et votre vitesse
- MapKit – pour afficher la carte du trajet enregistré
- ActivityKit – pour afficher le temps et la distance sur l'écran verrouillé pendant l'enregistrement
Pour dessiner la carte, le système d'Apple télécharge des données cartographiques depuis le réseau. Cela relève de la Politique de confidentialité d'Apple ; nous n'avons pas accès à ces données.
Votre contrôle sur les données
Vous gardez le contrôle total de vos données. À tout moment, vous pouvez :
- supprimer un trajet en le faisant glisser dans la liste — l'enregistrement et son fichier GPX disparaissent ensemble,
- révoquer l'accès à la localisation dans les Réglages du système,
- désinstaller l'application, ce qui supprime toutes les données qu'elle a créées.
Vous n'avez pas besoin de nous contacter pour une suppression de données, car nous ne conservons rien de notre côté.
Enfants
L'application ne s'adresse pas aux enfants et ne collecte sciemment aucune donnée les concernant — ni concernant qui que ce soit d'autre.
Modifications
Si cette politique change, nous mettrons à jour cette page ainsi que la date indiquée en haut.
