For over 20 years I’ve worked in IT for the financial and telecom sectors — as a developer, designer, and video producer.
At Erste Bank Polska (formerly Santander Bank Polska) I’m the business owner of the intranet — a platform used by around 15,000 employees. I rolled out Liferay and I write custom solutions in Java, working on the internal communications team. I was the lead responsible for the intranet rebranding across BZWBK → Santander and Santander → Erste. Earlier: T-Mobile and Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa — HR platforms, e-learning, film production, plus the PTC → T-Mobile rebranding on the communications side.
